Know your Amazon customer.
Nozzle is an AI-powered application that enables Amazon sellers and agencies to go deeper into insights about their Amazon customers. Their team was looking for a long-term creative partnership to support them in growing their brand, product, marketing and sales material. We worked monthly with Nozzle as their creative team since 2019, developing deliverables that truly define their first-to-market product and offering.
Nozzle’s purpose is to take a complex data set from Amazon’s product, and make the insights clear and simple for the user. We replicated this approach in the creative direction, ensuring that visuals were clean, and UI illustrations were simplified. This was a principle that evolved across all material, from the identity, through to the website, marketing, and sales material.
The tech space is busy, so we leaned heavily on the contrasting neon green with trusty dark blue tones to give Nozzle the edge on competitors. We included a mix of simplified vectors with realistic photography to ensure that the tech product didn’t loose it’s human touch and represented the amazing team behind the product. We rolled out the identity with a guidelines and component library.
We brought the product to life with illustrated visuals and interaction design. This enabled the user to easily understand the USPs and find out how they can solve their pain points with Nozzle. We ensured a focus on driving trial sign-ups for the new Analytics product, and included SaaS fundamentals such as clear pricing, detailed product, and simple FAQ pages.
