Webflow Agency London: Design and Development for Tech and SaaS

RCCO is a London studio that designs and builds Webflow marketing sites for tech startups, scale-ups and B2B SaaS companies across the UK. We plan the site, design it, build it in Webflow and train your team to run it. When the brand needs work too, the same senior team does both, so the identity and the website launch together.

If you are a Head of Marketing or a founder shortlisting a Webflow agency in London or elsewhere in the UK, this page sets out what we build, how a project runs, what it costs and what support looks like after launch.

What we build on Webflow, and why tech teams choose us

We build marketing websites: the public site your buyers, investors and future hires use to work out what you do and whether to talk to you. We do not build software products or apps. If you need a platform engineered, you need a product team. If you need a marketing site your team can own, read on.

Marketing sites for SaaS and B2B tech

Most of our Webflow work is for companies with a product that takes some explaining: data platforms, ad tech, fintech, video infrastructure. The job is to make a complex offer clear, give sales a site they are happy to send prospects to, and give marketing a CMS they can update without raising a ticket.

A typical build covers the homepage, product and solution pages, pricing, case studies, a blog or resources hub, careers and the legal pages, all set up as reusable components and CMS collections. For more on SaaS sites specifically, see our SaaS website design and B2B web design services, or our guide to SaaS website conversion.

Rebrands that launch on a new Webflow site

A new brand usually goes live on the website first. When one agency designs the identity and another builds the site, details get lost in the hand-over and launch dates slip. We design the brand and the Webflow site in one programme, so the identity is tested on real pages from early on rather than handed over as a PDF. Simplestream, Optable, Paynovate and Ad-Lib all launched new brands on new Webflow sites built by us. See our branding services or, for earlier-stage companies, startup branding.

WordPress to Webflow migrations

Plenty of tech companies start on WordPress and reach a point where every page change needs a developer and plugins need constant patching. We move sites to Webflow with a planned URL map, 301 redirects, rebuilt CMS collections and a technical SEO check before launch, so you keep what you have earned in search. Read our guide to WordPress vs Webflow or see our website migration service.

Why Webflow

  • Marketing owns the site. Your team can publish pages, edit copy and add case studies without a developer. That matters when campaigns move faster than engineering roadmaps.
  • Performance and SEO foundations. Webflow outputs clean code, handles hosting and SSL, and gives you direct control of meta data, redirects, schema and sitemaps. Our guide to Webflow SEO goes deeper.
  • Design systems that scale. Components and CMS templates mean new pages stay on brand as the site grows from 15 pages to 150.
  • Fewer moving parts. No plugin stack to maintain, which means fewer security patches and fewer things that break on update.

Webflow is not right for everyone. If your site is really an application with logged-in users and complex data, a custom build will serve you better. We will tell you on the first call if we think that is the case.

Why RCCO

  • Brand and Webflow from one senior team. Many Webflow agencies only build sites. We are a branding and web studio, so positioning, identity, copy and build sit with one team and one project lead.
  • Tech is our focus. We work mainly with tech companies at a turning point: raising a round, entering a new market or outgrowing the site they launched with. We are used to technical products, multiple stakeholders and investor scrutiny.
  • Senior people on the work. RCCO was founded by a former Google design lead, and our leadership team has run design for global brands. The people you meet in the pitch are the people doing the work.
  • Built for handover. Every site ships with CMS training and documentation, so you are never locked in to us.
  • Support after launch, if you want it. From occasional updates to an ongoing creative partnership. More on that below.

FAQs

Our projects start from £20,000 and usually cost within the range of £35,000 to £100,000. This fee includes our dedicated in-house content strategy, design, and development experts working on your project. We’ve calculated this is the figure that allows us to provide all of our clients with a consistently high standard of work with the best website success while achieving a great ROI. Our projects are billed in phases so you can spread the cost.

Generally, our Webflow projects will take 2-6 months to complete. This time covers our entire process, from strategy to handing you that final staging link.
We typically work in an agile manner and can provide you with access to each phase as soon as they are ready so you can start gaining value from the project before it's even finished.

We don't cut corners, and we certainly don't want our clients to be caught out with hidden costs. Therefore, with all of our Webflow development services, we include the following as standard:

  • Content - Strategy workshop, sitemap, copywriting (editing for SEO & tone of voice)
  • Design - Wireframes, design system, UI of pages, mobile versions, QA, internal feedback, 2x rounds of revisions
  • Development - CMS Setup, bespoke creation of pages, collections / dynamic templates, analytics & tagging
  • Before launch - Testing, bug fixes, CMS training, technical SEO, setting up hosting
  • Project management - Dedicated project manager with weekly calls, slack channel, and loom video updates
