The brief

Uniting a fast-growing business

After a series of negative press articles around their workplace culture, Revolut wanted to change the conversation and unite their staff and customers around their five core business values. 

We created a global video campaign that brought Revolut’s core values to life. In order to build a film that had gravity, importance and made a real statement, we filmed as many Revolut people as possible - in their Canary Wharf office, a creative studio and remotely by phone and zoom calls. This all showcased the diversity of voices and environments within the business. 

Solution

We empowered the Revolut cast to get involved and tell their stories openly and honestly, each individual speaking about one of the five values and how they use them in their work and everyday life.We produced a Hero Film and five Individual Value Films that were launched across Revolut’s social media channels and premiered across their town halls globally.

The films have been incredibly well received, bringing a renewed energy, sense of community and creativity to Europe’s fastest growing money management app.
