“UX is never finished”
We collaborated with The User Story to better understand what underpins their brand through strategy workshops. We discovered key values such as “Never finished” and “Real relationships” which we used to influence the creation of their new identity. The challenge was to appeal to a tech-heavy space with a human-centric approach.

Design is effective decision making. Doing the right thing and achieving goals is paramount for The User Story and their clients. We co-created the new identity through activites that uncovered the true purpose of their brand. The combinaton of a new logo and brand style ensured that it was clearly communicatied with design.
The User Story faces challenges by carefully listening and observing the user. Our design approach combines the expert and visionary personality of the brand with a human and real illustrative style. The combination of the two creates a welcoming experience with a clear-cut visual identity.
We considered all touchpoints from social media and web, through to pitch material. Ensuring that the brands assets can be scaled and recognised by viewers without even needing to use the logo. The colour combines a expert tech blue with a constrasting lime green to highlight key information.
